It is possible to register a .ie domain name for someone else (such as your client, friend, family member), but you must provide their details with your order.
If you are registering the .ie domain name for their business, you would provide their CRO or RBN number (or other details accepted). If registering it to them as an individual, you would need to provide their copy of ID (other other details accepted).
When you place the order for the .ie domain name on our website, you will be given the option to enter in their registrant details on the checkout page. Please ensure to enter in the correct information here, otherwise the .ie domain application can be delayed unnecessarily.
