We offer a 30 day “money back” guarantee for our shared hosting services. If you are dissatisfied with the hosting service provided, you can request a refund of all monies paid for shared hosting services only (excludes all other services such as VPS, Website Builder, SSL Certificates and domain registration). Any other fees paid are non refundable, or subject to a reasonable administration fee proportionate to any work we have carried out (e.g. setup, support desk requests, etc).
This 30 day money back guarantee applies only to cancellation requests received within the first 30 days after sign-up and does not apply to hosting renewals. More information on this matter can be found in our Terms of Service.
