Please see the following steps on how to install an SSL cert for your domain:
- Log in to your LetsHost client area and click on Services > My Services (in the blue navigation bar)
- You will see your products/services listed out here
- Click on the green Manage button beside your hosting package
- On the menu on the left, click on Login to cPanel
- Once logged in to your cPanel control panel, click on the SSL/TLS icon
- First we will generate the CSR
- Click on “Generate, view, or delete SSL certificate signing requests.” Under the “Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)” title
- For the CSR, fill out the form as follows:
- Key Size: leave as is
- Domains: www.(The domain name)
- Fill the other contact info as it applies to you
- Division: Sales (optional)
- Email: admin@(The domain name)
- Click the blue Generate button to generate the CSR and Private Key
- You will then need to respond to your Cert provider with the CSR (Encoded CSR:) and the Private key (Encoded Private Key:)
- The domain will need to be authenticated (usually done via email or file authentication), please contact your cert supplier for steps on how to complete this
- Once the domain has been authenticated, return to the SSL/TLS icon in cPanel and select “Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS)”
- Here you will need to input the Certificate and Certificate Authority Bundle (which you will receive from your supplier) and the Private Key (which you Generated earlier)
- Click Install Cert to complete the process
