Similar to your PCs DNS cache, your internet browser keeps a cache of DNS records so that it can more efficiently find and load a website which has already been visited. If a website has recently been moved to a different server, you might see the old website for a while when you try to visit it.

Flushing your browsers DNS cache can help to load the most up-to-date version of the website. Please see the following steps to flush Firefoxs browser cache:

  • Click the three horizontal bars in the top right
  • Click Library
  • Click History
  • Click Clear Recent History
  • Select the time range
  • Be sure that Cache and Cookies are ticked
  • Click Clean Now
