See the following steps on how to set up your new LetsHost.ie email address in Outlook.
In Outlook, click on File > Add Account.
Enter in your email address and click Advanced Options > ‘Let me set up my account manually’ and then Connect.
Click IMAP.
- Incoming mail: Server hostname (in the form ‘LHxx.dnsireland.com’, see below* for more information)
- Incoming Port: 993
- Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
- Outgoing mail: Server hostname (in the form ‘LHxx.dnsireland.com’, see below* for more information)
- Outgoing Port: 465
- Encryption Method: SSL/TLS
Click Next.
- Password: Your email account password. If you do not know your current email password, please visit this link for instructions on how to reset it.
Click Connect.
Untick ‘Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too’ and then Done.
*NB: To find out the correct hostname to enter (which replaces ‘LHxx.dnsireland.com’ from above), enter your domain name (without WWW) and click Lookup!
