On our shared hosting accounts (Starter, WordPress, Business and Enterprise hosting packages), we do not support SFTP. You can connect to your hosting account via FTP to transfer website files to/from your account.
Should you require SFTP access to your hosting account, you would need to upgrade to a VPS hosting server. For more information on this, please feel free to get in touch with our Sales Department.
