To access your reseller account, you have two ways of logging in to it. One is via your client area area and the other is directly via the WHM login URL.
- With the first option, you will need to log in to your LetsHost client area and then log in to your WHM (Web Host Manager) from there
- Once logged in to your client area, click on Services > My Services to list your reseller package.
- Click on Manage to the right of the reseller package and then on Login to WHM under the Overview menu on the left. This will open a new tab with your WHM
Your client area and WHM have separate logins – you can log in to your WHM without having to log in to your client area first. This is also useful if you want to give someone access to your reseller hosting account without giving them access to your billing account. To log in to your WHM directly, you will need to to to http://www.domainname.com/whm (replacing ‘domainname.com’ with your actual domain name).
